Deine Aufgaben

  • Dein Fokus liegt auf dem Aufbau einer New-Business-Pipeline für Digital Banking Channels in Deutschland und den Nordics. Deine Zielgruppen sind dabei Retailbanken und Kartenherausgeber, die du zu strategischen Target Accounts ausbaust.  
  • Du nutzt dein Netzwerk zur gezielten Gewinnung neuer Kunden für Mobile- und Web Banking Lösungen, Wallets sowie digitale Card/Issuing-Journeys. Du pflegst strategische Partnerschaften in unserem Ecosystem und nutzt diese gezielt zur Geschäftsentwicklung.
  • Mit einem lösungsorientierten, beratenden Verkaufsansatz entwickelst du gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden und internen Expert:innen maßgeschneiderte Zielarchitekturen durch die Kombination aus Standardmodulen und individueller Softwareentwicklung.
  • Du strukturierst komplexe Geschäfts- und IT-Prozesse und übersetzt dabei technische Architekturen in klare Business Value Stories.
  • Du steuerst anspruchsvolle, beratungsintensive und langlaufende Enterprise Sales Zyklen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Du führst souverän Verhandlungen auf C-Level, verstehst Kundenbedürfnisse und bringst die Marktanforderungen zurück in die Produkt- und Plattformstrategie.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb komplexer Software- oder Plattformlösungen an Banken oder Finanzinstitute mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen im Aufbau von New Business im Enterprise-Umfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis von Digital Banking, Customer Channels, Cards/Issuing sowie Erfahrung in Zielarchitekturen und Plattformstrategien
  • Exzellentes Netzwerk in der Finanzindustrie
  • Sicheres, vertrauensbildendes Auftreten auf allen Stakeholder-Ebenen
  • Hunter-Mentalität kombiniert mit strukturierter, zielorientierter Deal-Entwicklung und Abschlussstärke
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise in Kombination mit hoher Eigenmotivation und Durchhaltevermögen in komplexen, langfristigen Enterprise Sales Zyklen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Schwedisch von Vorteil)
  • Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 30%)
